Sadness At Postsecret blog

The posts at Postsecret Blog are some of the most sad posts I’ve ever seen.

For example, the postcard about “the only man I’ve ever loved was a guest at my wedding”

Or the one that says, “We love each other. But, deep down… I miss him and he misses her. We stay together because they don’t want us.”

So terribly sad.

Snow on Thanksgiving

It started snowing yesterday afternoon.  Of course, the first real snow was while I’m sick.  So, I couldn’t get out in it. It has already mostly melted away this morning.

I like the snow.  I like to get out and take photos and just walk in it.  I love when there is a crystalene type of wet snow which sticks to the trees and plants…. and the sun shines through just right in the morning to make it sparkle.

People often complain about the weather.  I just take it for what it is.  It’s weather.  You can’t change it, so adapt.  Adapt whatever it takes: your attitude, your clothing, your location…. just adapt.

Start to Thanksgiving Week

Well….. it’s official…. I’ve come down with something. I think it’s a cold, but not sure yet. I’ve started Cold-Eez and it seems to be working. Someone gave me some information on one that works the same way called Zicam. I am going to try it. Whenever it’s actually a cold and not something worse, the Cold-Eez works wonders. This is supposed to be better, so I hope it works. If not, I’ll go back to the Cold-Eez.

Video Games

I rented two games last Thursday.  I never got a chance to play them until yesterday.  I wanted to play them before I took them back, even though they were due back Thursday.  So, yesterday I played each one for a bit.  I rented “Gun” and “Indigo Prophecy”.

Indigo Prophecy is like a movie.  You can switch between main characters and you make decisions that affect the flow of the story-line.  I think I might like it if I had more time to play it.  I thought it was interesting enough.

Gun reminded me of Red Dead Revolver but with better graphics and more story-line than I remember Red Dead Revolver having.
